The figures shown reflect the personal trading account of the founder over the period 2021–2026, executing a strategy substantially similar to the one intended for Goat Fund. They are not, and do not represent, the performance of any pooled investment vehicle, fund, or registered investment adviser. No fund existed during the period to which the figures refer.
The records underlying these figures consist of account statements exported from the founder's personal exchange accounts (including, without limitation, Coinbase and Bitget). These statements have not, as of the date of this publication, been the subject of an independent audit by a certified public accountant or equivalent third-party verification. Use of the terms "audited" or "verified" in connection with these figures has been deliberately avoided on this website. A formal third-party audit may be commissioned prior to fund launch; at that point, the labelling of these figures will be updated accordingly.
The figures are presented gross of any management or performance fees that would apply to investors in a future fund vehicle. Net-of-fees figures, computed under the fee structure that will apply to the fund, will be presented in the offering memorandum delivered to qualified investors and are available upon request under non-disclosure agreement.
